Light Functionality #

Green LED Light: System is on and operating properly.

Yellow LED Light: Cartridge Unit has reached 80 percent of its life expectancy (8,000 hours) and it’s time to purchase a replacement cartridge.

Red LED Light: Cartridge Unit has reached its life expectancy and needs to be replaced. If red LED is flashing, contact Clear Comfort support.

Blue Light: Operation light that should always be illuminated.

Please Note: When powering on the system, the Cartridge Unit’s Blue Light will turn on first. Then, the Control Unit cycles twice between green, yellow, red and finally settles on green.

CCW300A & CCW300 AOP System #

The CCW300 and CCW300A AOP systems share a similar layout and are ideal for entry to mid-sized commercial water treatment needs for pools and splash pads. The front panel features:

  • Cartridge A LED
  • Cartridge B LED
  • System Power Switch LED
  • Door Locks

Inside the unit, you’ll find:

  • Cartridge A and Cartridge B: Help treat air inside the AOP system.
  • 120V or 240V Ballasts: Provide voltage-specific operation flexibility.
  • Power Supply: Distributes energy across the system safely.
  • Current Sensor: Tracks power flow to ensure proper performance.
  • Flowmeter: Mounted externally, it enables precise airflow monitoring and adjustment.
  • Air Out: This is where treated air exits the AOP system to be injected in the water.

Both the CCW300 and CCW300A are built for reliability and ease of maintenance, featuring accessible component layout and service-friendly design.

 

CCW500 AOP System #

The CCW500 AOP system is ideal for larger-scale commercial water treatment needs like large pools and waterparks. It’s designed with two cartridges for higher capacity and built-in backup. The front panel features:

  • Cartridge A LED
  • Cartridge B LED
  • System Power Switch LED
  • Door Locks
