Pool builders, retailers, designers, servicers and manufactures convened at the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo in New Orleans last week to discover the latest pool technology and learn about new business practices and trends. The Expo attracted more than 11,500 pool, spa and outdoor living professional attendees and more than 525 manufacturers and suppliers.
On the opening day of the PSP Expo, Clear Comfort, a Boulder-based cleantech company, unveiled its next generation low-chlorine pool sanitation system, the CCW100.
The new model features a minimal and sleek design that simplifies installation and maintenance for residential and commercial pools and spas. Clear Comfort has provided CCW100 Next preorder access to dealers and will be releasing it to the wider market in early 2017.
In addition, the PSP Expo featured multiple business-to-business networking events. The expo kicked off with a French Quarter-themed Welcome Party, followed by the Genesis Winemaker Dinner, an APSP WAVE Network Reception, and wrapped up with a BBQ Bash in the Sugar Mill’s courtyard.
PSP Expo attendees had access to a diverse collection of vendors that included residential backyard living products, water features, outdoor furniture and decor, grills and more. Notable companies outside the pool industry include: Big Green Egg, Zuo Modern Contemporary, BigMouth Inc. and Rico Rock.
