New Relationship Brings the Easiest, Healthiest and Best Feeling Water for Today’s Commercial and Residential Pools
Boulder, Colorado – October 22, 2019 – Clear Comfort and Innovative Water Care, formerly Lonza Water, announced a collaborative relationship that provides an integrated solution to deliver high quality water care. This new offering leverages Clear Comfort’s best-of-breed advanced oxidation systems with Innovative Water Care’s unique offering of calcium hypochlorite pool solutions.
“Clear Comfort is a market leader and driving force for aquatic water care,” said Tim Shivers, Innovative Water Care’s Vice President of Recreational Water. “We are excited to work with Clear Comfort to offer our customers simple, innovative and unique solutions for easy-to-use water care.”
This relationship will enhance the ability for pool builders, service companies and retailers to deliver solutions that make water care easier and more reliable. By incorporating these two leading technologies, customers will see clearer water with less need for draining and refilling, therefore greatly reducing the water demands of owning a pool.
“We are excited to work with a visionary market leader like Innovative Water Care to deliver a complete solution for our mutual customers,” said Steve Berens, CEO of Clear Comfort. “Together, we are advancing the pool ownership experience while reducing the challenges associated with water care.”
Clear Comfort and Innovative Water Care will be showcasing the new integrated offerings in conjunction with the upcoming International Pool Spa Patio Expo in New Orleans on November 5 – 7, 2019.
The recent introduction of Innovative Water Care’s unique line of residential calcium hypochlorite tablets and feeders including the poolife® Exclusive Pool Care Collection NST® Feeder is a perfect complement to Clear Comfort’s proven and simple AOP solutions. Using this unique system, water care professionals can experience easier water care solutions and avoid the unwanted build-up of excessive cyanuric acid. Excessive cyanuric acid levels can cause chlorine lock or over-stabilization and may lead to excessive draining and refilling of the pool water. In short, customers will save money, save water and swim more enjoyably.
The Model Aquatic Health Code is currently looking at guidelines that limit the use of cyanuric acid to protect against the risk of over-stabilization. Pool professionals can now easily implement innovative solutions to solve these legacy challenges. When companies partner together with the customer in mind, true innovation becomes the new standard of care.
