Clear Comfort, a cleantech growth-stage company, is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager – Inside Sales who will work directly with our VP of Sales to be a part of our sales team for swimming pools and spas.

As our Account Manager, you will:
  • Manage and grow a designated customer base.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing customers, acting as the main point of contact for sales and support inquiries.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers, including builders, aquatic facilities, designers and industry professionals.
  • Actively conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails and networking. 
  • Understand customer needs and offer customized product solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations for timely and accurate order processing, delivery and product installation.
  • Provide precise sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and recommended actions..
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge and best practices.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events representing our brand. 
As our Account Manager, you will bring:

Account Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience in sales, account management and/or business development 
  • Bonus if experience is in a swimming pool and spas or related industry.
  • Proficiency working with a CRM and word processors, like Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Word/Excel, etc.
  • A willingness to work in an office-based environment with occasional travel to customer visits or industry events
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen authorized to work in the United States

Headquartered in Louisville, Colorado, Clear Comfort manufactures and sells AOP water treatment solutions for recreational, livestock farming, indoor agricultural and cooling applications in the U.S., Canada and other countries around the world. 

Clear Comfort, a fast-growing cleantech company, is seeking a remote Service Technician who will work directly with our Service Manager to be a part of our Livestock Drinking Water department.

As our Service Technician, you will:
  • Be responsible for the operations of water treatment devices in the field, including installation, troubleshooting, customer service, maintenance and technical support.
  • Install Clear Comfort water treatment products at customer locations.
  • Take regularly scheduled water samples and provide ongoing service and maintenance to existing customers.
  • Perform site surveys and evaluations for potential customers, and provide suggestions on how best to provide effective water treatment solutions to customers.
  • Report any technical and customer problems found in the field.
  • Provide professional customer service to all new and existing customers.
As our Service Technician, you will bring:
  • Technical knowledge
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of pvc plumbing up to 4” in diameter
  • Basic electrical knowledge including 4-20 signal/communication wiring
  • Knowledge of how to use a multimeter for electrical diagnostics

Service Technician Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to customer locations, predominantly in Northwest Iowa and Southern Minnesota
    • Please Note: This position requires significant traveling to various regions throughout the defined territory
  • Capability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk, while performing duties 
  • An ability to frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50+ lbs
  • Be able to work with your hands and arms to operate tools, computers and vehicles

Clear Comfort, a cleantech growth-stage company, is looking for a Laboratory Technician Intern who will work directly with our Laboratory Manager to be a part of our Technical Excellence team.

As our Laboratory Technician Intern, you will:
  • Adhere to all safety standards and laboratory hygiene best practices.  
  • Assist with sample intake and documentation.
  • Following prescribed SOPs, conduct various chemical, biological and physical analyses.
  • Document results and generate lab reports.
  • Analyses of raw and processed data.
  • Assistance in SOP reviews and laboratory continuous improvement. 
As our Laboratory Technician Intern, you will bring:

As our Laboratory Technician Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and use:
  • Hands-on chemical testing of water, soil and plant material samples via spectrophotometric, titration and other means

Laboratory Technician Intern Requirements:
  • Must be a Colorado Resident
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program full-time [KH1] or recently graduated
  • Candidates must be able to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Obtaining a STEM degree
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
  • Prior laboratory experience and basic techniques (pipetting, titration, chemical hygiene, etc.)
